The Excelsior German Center at the Altenheim, previously known as the Altenheim
Association, is soliciting members to be part of this exciting time. Having its roots
stemming over 100 years ago (1893), this dynamic charitable organization is revitalized
through a renewed purpose in servicing the community and promoting German culture.

Among the many activities planned include:

• Film & Lecture series
• Kaffeeklatsch & Multi-topic Discussion groups
• German culture, economic and heritage programs
• Fundraising and sponsorship

Ongoing programs like the German School of the East Bay Saturday school and the
Library.

All ages are welcome as we launch into the next 100 years!
